I originally had another company come in and give a bid to do the work. I told them I had financial set up already setup and then on the day of the install, they wanted payment so I showed them my credit letter, but they didn't accept it. So I sent them off and found Floors to Go of Indianapolis. I was in a bit of a spot with my remodeling, but Floors to Go helped me out greatly. The next morning a gentleman was over with samples and a great bid. He was great and very kind, considerate, and followed through on all he promised. Within 2 days I had my new flooring installed and the gentleman who did the work was amazing. He did it all himself and all within 3 hours. I have already recommended them to a friend who needed some repairs on their floors and they were just as impressed.
