This was our first time visiting the Floors To Go store of Indianapolis and they provided us with fairly good customer service. We were shopping around for some flooring options for our home and Floors To Go seemed to have the best prices in town. One of the employees walked us through some of the products they had to offer and I really appreciated that. We ended up going with the Luxury Vinyl because it looked the best. They actually didn't do the install for us, we did everything ourselves but they also had some good pricing for installation if you were to go that route. The only issue I had with them is that I ordered some transition strips with them and they never let me know when the strips arrived, I had to call them myself to check up on it. Overall great service and quality product.
