We purchased an engineered hardware floor from Floors to Go and had it installed. The initial product was defective, and they immediately stepped up and decided to cover the costs, ripped it up, and installed a new floor. Even though the process took six months, start to finish, we're very happy with the end result. When they did the process of removing the defective floor and installing the new floor, they did that as quickly and painlessly as possible. So I would recommend Floors to Go of Indianapolis to others.
