Our family of 5 visited Laughlin Kennel on Friday 4/24 in the hopes of picking the perfect first puppy for our family. I had done research on the best breeds for us and called ahead to ask to see a few of the puppies. The woman I spoke with was very helpful in answering questions and offering suggestions about what I might need for the new puppy. When we arrived a very patient & helpful Chris brought us each of the different puppies we wanted to see (my kids had chosen quite a few!!) and let us take our time so my kids could get to know the pups a little. By the end of our visit we had chosen the sweetest white Zuchon that the kids named Snowball. Chris was very thorough with explaining all the necessary info, making sure we had all the supplies we needed and answering all of our questions. It was obvious to us that he and Laughlin Kennel are invested in making sure their customers & pups are completely happy. Almost 2 weeks later and we're a very happy family of 6!! Thank you!!
