Scott was amazing, very professional. After picking out my color and package, we went out to look at my truck. He told me I could pick five small dents that they would fix before painting. He pointed out a crease on the driver door that I felt I could live with and declined the extra charge to fix it.
The next day I received a text with pictures showing me that they had started and what stage it was at. Then they sent me an update after the weekend with pictures, and I discovered they had done the driver door as well as the corner by the bumper that we didn't see. Scott told me that he wasn't charging me, that he just wanted to fix them for a nicer finished product, and happy holidays. The next time I heard from them was to tell me that my truck was done, ahead of schedule, with before and after pictures attached to the text.
I live in Laveen, so it was 48 miles to his shop. However, it was well worth the extra miles have them paint my truck. My wife and I agreed that when it's time to paint her car, we know where we are going. Auto Painting AZ does a professional job and keeps you updated on the status of your vehicle.
