A few months ago I hired Christian Roofing Inc. to make repairs to the roof on my house. That day suddenly I heard them up on the roof. They just went up there and began working on it without anyone coming to the door or anything to announce that they were there. I mean, is that not a common courtesy? I called up to them and no one would tell me who was in charge. They worked all day up there and I could not get any answers from anyone. Usually, when I have workmen come out to do something for me I always offer them a passkey to get into the community pool area about a half block from my house so they can use the restroom. No one was interested in what I was saying to them so there went that! I did not know when they finished the job. They just took off and left. I was not informed about anything all day and have no idea if they finished the job or were coming back to do more. I do not know if they did a good job or not. I called Christian Roofing Inc. and asked the company for a supervisor or anyone who would come out and check the work that was done. Not one single person has called me back and that has been over two months now. This company came highly recommend and I am shocked that this wound up being so strange. That morning was strange. It is common practice that someone would arrive and come to the door to announce that they were there to do work. No one ever did that. Then in the mail, I received some photos that allegedly were photos of my roof and the work that they did. I do not know enough about roofing to know what I am looking at. I cannot prove one way or the other if they did the work correctly or not. I cannot get up on the roof myself to see it! I feel there should be a supervisor overseeing things. I am just thoroughly disgusted with the way that I was treated and the way that the company has acted. I would never use them again--not ever! I would absolutely never recommend them to anyone.
