The actual work performed was excellent. I had all concrete seals removed and replaced with metal flashings, skylight replaced, and concrete tiles replaced. Initial estimate scope included an estimate of approx 75 broken tiles. Final tally was over 250, which resulted in a 35% increase from initial estimate to the final cost. Their estimator staff need to pay more attention to detail when bidding jobs.
