Due to a non-renewal of my 21 yr Homeowners insurance due to 3 Water losses in 3 years (Actually only 2) and potential of another leak, they would not renew my policy nor was I able to procure coverage from any other insurance co. Hence, needed an inspection stating roof in good repair with a life span of approx. 5 years. A few repairs were needed, completed and hoping it will be enough for coverage.
