Clay, the sales rep and designer, was very helpful in regard to selecting my floor, estimating and listening to how I wanted to proceed with installation. The installers were courteous, punctual, with an eye on completing the job in the best possible way. I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process. Will recommend wholeheartedly.
