Floor installer, Jack, did an excellent job but I feel that the original estimate for materials and labor were not accurate. I asked that the material (tile) include at least 10% overage for me. I don't feel this was done as I had to order a complete box of flooring material and thus paid more then estimated and now have well over 10% extra tile.
