The Mannington LVT looks good installed. The experience with the staff at the store showroom was very good. Our salesperson Clay communicated well, and we are satisfied with how we were treated. The installation was satisfactory but with a couple observations of concern. One request was not met (how the new LVT was trimmed at the existing hardwood floor) and Jeremy had to return to correct that. The other concern is the use of the roller on the LVT at the finish. The rolling left streaks on the LVT and some residual glue which was not easily visible and not noticed until later. I would have expected the floor to be completely wiped down afterwards. If there was a member of the team (apart from the installer) who came at the end to inspect the work, that would be helpful to the client, because most people do not know what details and observations to make when inspecting the finished work as it pertains to the cleanliness and whether the fit (tightness, level etc.) of the panels meets the expectant standards defined in the contract . I am suggesting that the store consider having someone inspect the finished work.
