I had Wecker's install hardwood flooring in my entire 1st floor in 2017. They did a nice job, This time I hired them install hardwood on the entire second floor. They were able to match the downstairs wood flooring which was great. However, service was poor after that. They knew this was a second floor job when the sale was booked. This became a major issue. First, they sent two guys who had difficulty going up and down the steps. I thought the one was going to have a heart attack he was so out of breath. The other one had knee issues from going up and down. And, every time they went up and down the steps they held on to the banister which caused the paint to come completely off. -- they should have covered the banister. Now, I have to repaint it. They dropped hardwood on my wood steps putting a gash on one step. They also dropped wood or something else in my downstairs hallway putting a gash in it. They did not tell me about either of these. I only noticed these gashes a few days later when I scrubbed the downstairs floor and 2nd story steps by hand. I was not impressed.
