I ordered flooring that I would pick up since I have my own contractor. It should have been a simple sale. I was told that they'd call when my order came in. After three weeks or so, I called them. They said all seven boxes were in. When I got there, they could only find five. They "weren't sure" if somebody took from my order to finish a job.
Ordered two more boxes. Said they'd call when the order was in.
No call. When I called, they said the order was in. On my way to pick them up, I recieve a call from Ann stating that one of the two boxes was damaged and was asked if I wanted to use the damaged box for pieces. Obviously not. Ordered one more box. They said they would call when order arrived. Again, no call.
I called today and yes, "it's here! " I only hope it's there when I fo to pick it up. Fortunately, my contractor isn't ready to install the flooring yet! At this point, it's be very hard to recommend this Co. to anyone.
