Not good at all

I wasn’t gonna write a review but they badgered me to do it so here goes. The salesman showed up and scheduled us for 2 outdoor areas to be carpeted. When the installers showed up, they said they wouldn’t do it unless we replaced plywood. Why didn’t the salesman tell us that? No one contacted us after that. I had to get ahold of them. When the carpet was finally installed it was blue instead of gray, but I was so sick of dealing with weckers that I just let it slide. I do not recommend. Go elsewhere.

We apologize for the inconvenience but when doing outdoor carpet installation the installers will see some things the salesperson was not able to see once they get started on the install. Many times this is damage that has been caused by the outside elements over time. It was a safety concern so instead of just covering up the issue with more carpet we needed to bring this to your attention. There was some miscommunication on our end because we were waiting to be contacted after the repairs were made and the structures were safe to install the new indoor/out door carpet.
