Not Happy with Installation
If you want an honest review, you’ll get one. During the COVID-19 isolation period in late March/early April, I painted several rooms and a hallway in the upstairs of my home. Once the ban was lifted, I had Weckers come and install carpet in those rooms and hallway. Afterward, I had to spend several days repainting walls and especially trimwork. The installers rushed to get the install done quickly. (3.5 hours). The course backing on the carpet scratched all the new trim paint. Where the carpet passed through doorways, they scratched the $&@% out of the door jams. We have a 14’ stained and polyurathaned rail along our upstairs landing that it looks like they attacked it with extra course sandpaper. Finally, there was no less than 20 handprints on the newly painted walls. When I questioned the installers about all the damage, they said that Weckers would be in touch with us. We never heard a thing! Over the years, we have done over $15,000 in business with Weckers. I don’t think they will be getting another dime from me,
