good except for the nails at the top of the

At the top of the stairs, many nails (or whatever is used to put down the carpet) were exposed. We had to take a hammer and nail them down. My daughter caught her toe on one of them. They were sharp, and I was disappointed that the installation of the carpet was left like that.

Thank you for taking the time to review are company. We are happy to hear that you had a 4 star experience but are sorry that your daughter had caught her toe on the pins of the tack strip. The pins of the tack strip are what grabs the carpet and secures the stretching of the carpet. We would be more than happy to come back out and inspect the rest of the area to make sure all of the pins are hammered down.
