Despite unforeseen circumstances neither Weckers or the customers could have foreseen with the subflooring being glued down, which added considerable work time to the job (3 additional days), the installers listened to the concerns of the customers and were readily adaptable to their suggestions on how they wanted the job to proceed. We are very pleased with the final outcome and appreciate very much the workmanship and extra efforts put forth by the installers to make our dreams come true!
