First, let me say that everyone we worked with (sales + installers) were very pleasant. But from a sales standpoint, it seemed that there was just too much uncertainty about when requested samples would be available or determining when ordered tile would arrive.

The installers did a very good job with the floor tile but had to reschedule when we noticed they were given the wrong wall tile. When they did come back, the shower install wasn't quite up to the quality we had hoped for (not all tiles are flush and most grout joints just don't quite fill to the tile surface as expected). We don't really blame the installers since the tile mistake, a sales order problem, then forced more visits to our home which we suspect compromised their other projects. But we would also rethink the decision to use urethane grout on matte finish tile, as the flat finish really accentuates any glossy grout residue and, as we found out, makes it rather tedious to remove.
