We were mostly unhappy with our salesperson as he didn't communicate with us properly.
We had a good experience picking out our flooring and getting measured. We carpeted the entire upstairs of our house. We are happy with the end result although our salesperson told us we did not need to move all of our furniture out of every room, just the small things that we could move, and the installers would move the big items around as they installed in each room. When the installers arrived they told us this was not true and they had to move lots of furniture and were upset with our sales person. When the installers called the sales person the sales person lied and said that he never told us that, which is untrue. We were also looking to get our basement carpet stretched so that the wrinkles would come out. The sales person assired us that this would be an easy job and what we needed to do to get it done. When the installers were here, again, what the sales person had said was not matching what the installers wanted in order to get the job done. The installers were great overall, especially with all of these issues. The problem was with the sales person and the things that he told us that were not accurate. We were very close to canceling our carpeting order through weckers because of the communication issues with our sales person and the incorrect information he had given us. For this reason we would not recommend weckers. We are going to be building a house with Jeff Henry and will be refusing to work with weckers carpet for our installation process.
