I've moved many times and this is the first time that my furniture has been seriously damaged. They weren't very responsive when unpacking. They didn't ask where I wanted things; they just wanted to finish the job. That made it rather difficult to unpack.

They packed up my kitchen also. They did a good job with that except for the fact that they used so much paper that hauling it off has been a big problem. I'd look elsewhere. A real good friend of mine recommended them because she had just moved. I think it depends on the team you have because she was really happy and I'm just really unhappy.
