They did a great job, even if the person I was working with wasn't there when I went back to the store. They were able to get me back in touch with them. They did a great job of following up.
I bought both carpet and luxury vinyl plank from Floors to go by High Tide. The only issue I had was that when I went back to the store a couple of times during that process, the person that I had been dealing with, wasn't there. But, they did call me back, and they helped me set up the installation work. They did a good job installing the carpet for me. My contractor installed the luxury vinyl plank for me. Floors to go by High Tide was great at sourcing both of the products for us!
