I am a property manager, and I asked Floors to go by High Tide to do a 100% carpet replacement in one of our properties. They tore out all the old carpet, and then laid down new carpet in the downstairs living room, stairway, and upstairs bedrooms. We gave them a time slot of a couple of days to get the job done, and they accommodated our schedule. We gave them the door code, and they came in and they did their work. They also made sure that everything was clean and tidy when they left, and we really appreciated that. They did a great job for us. They were professional people and very easy to work with.
