We found the staff at Floors to go by High Tide to be very knowledgeable and helpful as we made our selections. Their follow up was very good, and their installation went smoothly. We installed carpeting in two bedrooms--and engineered hardwood was installed in all living spaces. It took the installers three days to do the work, and it was great because we went out of town and gave them the keys. While we were gone they moved the furniture, installed new flooring, and put all the furniture back--and did a great job. We were very pleased.
