We think the problem here is that they are too busy and perhaps need more help in the sales department. We did a lot of our renovation with floors to go and are very happy with the job. Unhappy with prices going higher than quote, things not ordered correctly and not being able to view our stone before install. We felt like we were a bother when we had so many issues that were not our fault. I would recommend them but suggest everything is in writing and set dates to be kept for viewing and install.
