I have not had work done by Floors to go by High Tide, but I have made purchases in their store four or five times. The last time I was in there, I purchased grout, thin-set, and a schluter. I am going back again tomorrow to buy more product.

Their sales people are knowledgeable, and professional. They are very nice, friendly and welcoming when you come into their store.

The only thing I don't like is that they will only install tile if you bought it from them. I had some tile that I needed to get installed and they could not install it for me since I purchased it somewhere else.
