I had a fine experience with Floors to go by High Tide but they could improve a bit. Getting the product was easy and the quality of everything was good. The installers showed up on time and got to work right away. I had some back and forth with the salesperson in the store about buying certain parts, it would have been nice to get it all covered at the initial buying process. I also thought that the installers rushed and the job could have been better. I would use Floors to go by High Tide again but I think I would do the installation myself.
