Installers were very efficient. You could tell that they had many years experience. They moved furniture carefully, took apart the bed & put back together when finished. They made the best use of the carpet while laying and creating an invisible matching seam in the most logical place in the room. Total experience only a 4 stars since my return e-mail requesting the install date was never acknowledged and I had to call to find out my date was not available or even booked. All else was very efficient.
