We live 4 hours from HH but have a condo on the island. It was time for some updates so we went with Coretec floors. They were ordered, we were told they'd be in in a couple weeks (latest), and that worked perfectly since we couldn't get back down for at least 3 weeks. They day before leaving to go down (after taking off work to put the floors down), I called to verify everything was ready. I was told that, "Oh....I'm sorry. They're on back order till......(like 6 weeks later!). " If someone had had the decency to call us to let us know, we would of picked something different that could of been delivered in time for us to put them down. We picked a different color and they were ordered. Because we had already taken time off to put the first flooring down, we had to pay Floors To Go to do it because we couldn't take more time away from work. Added cost to us!! And we lost renters because of the delay!! Thanks!! The floors were installed by Floors To Go. We went down, so excited to see our new Coretec flooring. We couldn't believe our eyes!! Not only did they not finish the job, they left a huge mess and left some of our brand new furniture on the outside porch!! WOW! Thanks so much!! After many other calls trying to get the floors finished, we can now say they are down and look nice. I'm sorry.....we can't refer anyone to Floors To Go.
