At Bode, there is once price for everything for carpeting (they will break it down for you so you can compare with other places if you ask). Bode is competitive or beats the other places when you can compare by exact brand name and style.

Bode's estimates for the amount of carpeting needed were spot-on. We had a bedroom done by another place and that other place way overestimated how much we would need....we had A TON of carpeting left over, so we did not return there. We had Bode do our master bedroom and based on that positive experience, had them do our hallway.

We were very happy with Ellen - she is knowledgeable and picks up on your style very quickly. She made lots of good recommendations - especially helping with the color selection. The installers were great - on-time, efficient, neat. They were careful in bringing up the rolls so that the walls were not scuffed. The seams are invisible.

Bode has excellent customer service and their goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Nice to find this these days. I worked with Beth for some issues with the hall carpeting (it was actually a manufacturer issue) and it was resolved in a professional and very satisfactory manner - I could not have asked for a better outcome.

I am a fussy about quality and workmanship, so based on my recent experiences, Bode will get my repeat business for carpeting They have an excellent selection of carpeting - we opted for Karistan - and Bode is flexible in letting you borrow the samples and knowing about upcoming sales.

It was a great experience both times and based on that, we will return to Bode for our next carpet purchase.
