Hired them to match my existing hardwood floors. I didn't know what kind of wood we had, so the salesperson came to my house, looked at them, and was provided with 2 sample boards to take with her. She identified them as cherry and ordered cherry. Well...my existing floors, it turns out, are NOT cherry. Bode insisted the floors match. (Despite a completely different color and floorboards of a different width). This was extremely insulting to my intelligence- I wish I could post a photo here for all to see. In the end, I got a refund- but boy, I had to fight for it.
