I had a conversation with Michelle about my stepson's carpet. Everytime my housekeeper would clean his apartment the next day the furniture would look like it had never been dusted. I explained to her that he was having problems with sleeping. it was causing allergies. She gave me advise on how to test the carpet to see if it was nylon. it was. So she came to my house and took measurements, gave me a couple of quote options. I did not pick the cheapest. Went to her location and she showed me a couple different samples for options in my price range. To be honest the whole process was fun. I picked the carpet I wanted. Michelle explained the benefits of the carpet and how it would help billy. Bode installed the carpet. When I got home I couldn't wait to see. The sample in the store didn't do justice.. Beautiful. I couldn't wait to call her to tell her how excited I was. And walking on the carpet is so nice. You could really see the difference. Now every week my stepson reminds me that there is no dust. And there isn't. The thing I like about Bode is there isn't any pressure and if you have a hundred questions, they will gladly answer a hundred questions. THE BEST EXPERIENCE
