I told her what I wanted and she was knowledgeable enough to recommend this and that and pick up the right products based on my needs. She also did a follow-up call before and after the installation.

The installation process went very well; they were prompt, neat, and they left my house they way they found it. Roger was the leader of the installers and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He was a good leader and you could tell that his team enjoyed working with him. He ensured that things were the way I liked them and let me know where they were every step of the way. He even called me back to the house to make sure they had put all the furniture back correctly. If I was a little bit picky on where I wanted something, he and his crew were more than willing to help. I could barely tell they were there! I would definitely recommend Carpet Masters to a friend.
