Carpet Masters took out carpeting and put in a vinyl floor that looks like wood. We went into their office, and they gave us some samples so we could choose a pattern we liked. Then Mishelle came out and measured our home--and double-checked to make sure it was what we wanted--and then we scheduled the time for service. We scheduled the work--expected to take 4-5 days--for when my wife and I would be gone. They took less time, however. The installers are some of the very reliable people working there--and we were very, very pleased with their work when we got home. The flooring is a change from carpeting, but we like it!
