This is the second time we have purchased products from Tom and Carpet Masters. Our first experience was so good there was no question that we would come back when we remolded our bathroom. Tom and the staff are very knowledgeable not only on the products they sell but also on installation. I am a do it yourselfer and never have tiled, Tom explained what needed to be done. He also let me take home a piece of composite for the cap around the shower pan and return what I did not use. (had to cut it to fit) which never would have happened in a big box store.
