I've used Carpet Masters over the years, and recently I got carpet, tile and a small area of wood flooring from them as part of a remodeling project at my home. They installed the carpet, and it looks wonderful.

I was able to go to some of their larger warehouses and get samples. They were able to order for me several times, and they sent their drivers back down to get the additional orders we needed. They made extra effort to get the products to us in a timely manner, and everyone was friendly. It was clear what the charges were.

They have a really nice selection in their store. You can look locally and take samples. If they don't have a sample available, they will get one for you. The materials are very accessible, which was nice. With Carpet Masters we really have a great selection locally, and it's a great opportunity to support local merchants.
