Job looks terrible! Adhesive is bleeding through to top and response was to "be patient" it will go away! Install was done on Saturday. Spots are still showing 4 days later!! This shouldn't have happened in first place had they used the right materials - as proven by the SVC tech who came out to look at it and did a test with their "standard" adhesive which DID NOT bleed through to top! If they use "standard" Water based materials - the result would have been the same. Spent 3 days now going round and round with Charles Yang who is of no help other than giving more excuses - the granite color is light, weather conditions (mind you I'm in AZ and the weather was perfect for the install, old vs. new caulking was used, need to wait more. This is normal according to them - yet they cannot produce results from customers who had same issue - which according to his excuses for us this should be happening EVERY SINGLE INSTALL if they use the same product!!!! This has been the ABSOLUTE WORST we've ever had with a company. My advice to them - ADMIT the Installer made a mistake - it happens!! - correct it asap and MOVE ON. But to continue to avoid the issue at hand and make excuse after excuse has caused this situation to escalate to a level that it NEVER should have reached! Apparently making sure their customers are happy with their products/service is NOT a priority to them.

Note to any customer! If you get Granite installed - be sure to VALIDATE what Adhesive they use on the job!
