Green spot

When my granite was being installed the installers chipped the surface near my kitchen sink. The end result is a large green circle. I can only assume its the adhesive they applied to fix their mistake. I reached out to the salesman and asked him to come look at the spot as it is very noticeable. He asked me to send photos which I did and I was told they were reviewed by his service manger. I was told the greenish color is a natural characteristic of the granite. There is no way neon green is a natural characteristics. Again I asked that someone come out and look at the install and have never heard from the company again.

It is our goal to assist our customer to the best of our abilities. Stains on granite are common, with proper sealing it can be avoided in the future. A bright blueish/green spot puzzled us initially, because it is something we have never seen before. After a few tries with different cleaners it looks like it finally worked. It took a little longer (3 different service visits) but without information on the cause of the stain we can only try our best with different chemical cleaners. We have inspected the installation crew's equipment and all carried chemicals...but we did not find anything blue/green or chemicals that are out of ordinary. We have been using the same epoxy, cleaners and sealers for years during installation without any issue. If you can contact us on letting us know how long before the cleaner got all the stain/spot out that would help us on any future recommendation to other customer in similar situations.
