It took six weeks to get this job done. That was six weeks with no running water in the kitchen. No dishwasher. Part of the process went smoothly. On Feb 2 we tore down the old kitchen island and installed the cabinets that had been ordered from Superior. The cabinets went together well. Our salesman, Mike, did a good job ordering them and they arrived in the time frame promised and all parts were there. Superior did a good job answering questions for us on cabinet installation. On Feb 7 Superior sent someone out to take the measurements for the granite countertop. On Feb 11 they brought the granite countertop out to our house and it had been cut wrong. They took responsibility for the mistake and asked us to go down and choose another granite slab. We picked one out on Feb 16 (we are two weeks without water in the kitchen at this point). They did not deliver the new slab to our house for another two weeks, and it arrived without the sink cut out. They took the slab back with them. Another two weeks passed (we are now six weeks without water in the kitchen) and they brought the granite back again and they were able to cut and finish the slab and complete the installation of the granite countertop.
