I strongly recommend not entrusting this company with your personal info. I applied for a loan on Wednesday morning, didn't hear anything from them until 10:30 AT NIGHT when I received an email saying I was "conditionally approved" but just needed to fax in my last two pay stubs and bank statement. I promptly did so, around 8:00 the next morning. I did not hear from them all day, until AGAIN at 10:30 AT NIGHT, I received an email saying my loan was denied, and it was ridiculously long and generic. The reasons listed were that it could have been outstanding loans, unable to verify information, etc, or "lack of customer interest / you withdrew your application." Excuse me?? I have no idea why my loan was denied. I sent an email to the company's manager earlier this morning and have not heard back. HUGE lack of customer service. I'm not even sure if it's a real loan company! The positive customer reviews are a joke and are probably made up! For TWO DAYS I waited on an answer from this company (I did email them once to inquire and they never answered) and really needed the loan. Now I'm left in the dark and am forced to try and find another source for money.
