This was the first time we used "Quality First Home Improvement, Inc." so we read every review we could find and decided to give them a try. We were pleasantly surprised from the initial consultation to the finished product. Everyone was polite and thorough and triple checked key points to ensure the job was done right and satisfied our design wishes. We tested them with two living room windows and a sliding patio door. The items were custom built to our specifications from size to color and tinting.

The crew was very careful not to damage furniture, pictures, etc. and did a fine job of installation. When finished, they gave us a short course during a walk through on operation of the windows and screens and explained all functions and controls on the sliding door to the patio. They then did a final walk through making sure every scape of waste was picked up and removed to the trash before they left. Couldn't be more pleased with the personnel and the fine products they installed. We will use them again for more windows as well as a new patio/sunroom addition.
