We got solar panels removed and reinstalled after having the roof re-done. Countless calls to my service rep who repeatedly said he would call back same day. It NEVER happened. Solar re-installed incorrectly. Took about 3 more weeks of constant phone calls to get it taken care of. At the end of the job we were told we would get a detailed receipt and a copy of our 50 year transferable warranty in about a month. It's now been four months a four more phone calls, and still nothing!. I definitely do NOT recommend their service!
