Requested a new window seal and trim he did not have trim, came back a week later with trim 3" wide, "i explained that i wanted 6" trim", "he said he decided to get the 3" because he seen 3" trim in my living room, "I ask him was he paying for the window"? So he went back to home depot to get the trim that i wanted. There is wind blowing in the house and after the work was done, the did not come out to check the contractor's work after i continurled to complain. I did not get to fill out complaint with BBB because i had so much on my plate taking care of my mother. I will never use them again!
