We had an appointment scheduled for a quote for 4pm today, at 4:15 no one had shown. We called for a status update and was promised a call back. No call came. We called again at 4:30pm and still no one could give us an update as to where our rep was. Both me and my spouse had taken work off to meet them for the appointment. Highly, highly, highly unprofessional. At least call to cancel so we don't waste our time. This is really poor. We were ready to pull the trigger today on some very expensive projects.
