I called him the "silver tongued $@!#%," and we shared a good laugh! He's very outgoing, wonderful personality, and he explained everything in detail. I had my roof and gutters replaced, and Rob, the PC and crew were polite, clean and neat in appearance, "and did a very good job in a timely manner!" I've recommended Quality First to my neighbors, and I'll certainly call for future projects!
