The first introduction to Quality First was by a lady passing out information about the company and its capabilities door to door. Her enthusiasm and sincerity caused us to request a follow up meeting with a company sales representative. I regret I can no recall her name, however, it does demonstrate the impact of a positive first impression.

Mr. Logan Yoheny, Design Coordinator, made arrangements to visit and discuss the capabilities of the company for home improvement. His knowledge of company products was demonstrated through his explanations and ability to answer all questions. He was a great assist in determining design, color and composition of shingles and window design for our home both for appearance and durability. His professionalism demonstrated the company's name of Quality First. Good job!

Mr. Steve Bonincontri, Project Coordinator, visited our residence to measure the roof and windows for engineering and supplies needed for the project. He also was very professional in accomplishing this task and addressed questions that we had, in a knowledgeable and understandable manner. Mr. Bonincontri scheduled the actual project to meet our requirements. Again, Good Job accomplished in a professional manner.

Mr. Kevin Klick, Onsite Job Coordinator and Window Installer, accomplished the job with no delays or difficulties encountered. He personally installed all the windows, demonstrating his proficiency and expertise. It was a pleasure observing a skilled carpenter accomplishing a job. Good job and well done.

Mr. Taylor Bacon and Mr. Victor Hurtado, Roofers arrived on the job site, set up their tools and began work of removing the old shingles and preparing the roof for the new ones. On all occasions each day I observed them working safely on the roof in a skilled and safe manner. For example, neither were observed getting in a hurry or taking chances that would cause an injury. Their work area was kept clean and free of any trip hazards and at the end of each work day they secured the area making sure the ground area was free of any and all construction materials. Their professionalism and demonstrated abilities also illustrated the company name of Quality First. Good Job.

As a side note, even the family German Shepard dog Roxie, realized the good quality and rested at ease the entire time the crew was on site.
