The guys at Abbey Carpet & Floor, AEI Interiors showed up on time, did what they were supposed to do, and my hardwood floor came out beautiful. Alicia, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and very helpful in making decisions, such as what we needed versus what we wanted, along with what we could afford! The installation went really well. The guys were really nice throughout the installation process. The only thing I wasn't too happy with was the transition from the hardwood to carpet. I don't like the way it was done, and I don't think it's going to look nice as time goes on. But, I'm going to see what can be done about it, and I believe that they will make it right. Overall it was a really good experience. I'm very pleased with the results.
