Horrible experience still waiting to be resolved
In July 2018 selected Abbey Carpet to replace our kitchen floor, as the old parquet floor had been damaged by our pets. We were assured by Abbey that they would either have to remove the old flooring or would feather out to ensure new floor was even. They did neither but charged us for both projects. Two weeks later we called then to inform them that the floor was lifting and seperating in spots. We were told we would receive a call back from either TJ or Ron. A week later we had to call again only to be told the same thing. Finally, week later we were able to scheduled someone to come out and look at the floor. They scheduled the repair week before this Thanksgiving, we had to move all furniture out of kitchen (which they charged us for) only to be told the repairman wasn't told of yhe massive redue and would have to go back and talk with either TJ and order more flooring. It is now January 2019 and we are still waiting for a phone call and our floor fix. My advise is to stay away
