My experience with Heritage Place Gallery Abbey Carpet & Floor has been nothing short of excellent. I was a first time user of their service, although many of my family members had used them before and that's how I got recommended to their store. Right from the get go as soon as I walked into their store I was greated by a charming sales girl who was very polite and knowledgeable. She provided great customer service and upon return for our consultation, the customer service continued to be great and I found that this was a big reason why I trusted them so much.
In regards to any questions I had, the customer service team was through in answering any and all questions I had. Going forward in the future, I will absolutely continue to use their services and I am actually getting ready to have my kitchen and hallway carpets re-done, so my satisfaction level is very high as you could imagine. I recommend anybody else in the market for a carpet cleaning service to consider Abbey Carpet & Floor, they do a great job and you won't be let down.
