I requested a quote on a 12x12 tile as well as a 9x18 tile. The individual providing the quote told me the prices she quoted was with tax included. Once I decided to order the 9x18 tile, the sales rep quoted a much higher price. I was passed back and forth between the sales rep and the receptionist until the receptionist stated that she forgot to add tax and freight charges. I went ahead and ordered the 9x18 tile, but once I got it home I found that the tile was actually a 18x18 tile that they had cut in half. This causes the tile to not be a true 9x18 tile, as you have to account for the thickness of the blade. I called the sales rep to voice my concerned and told him that I felt I was mislead. His response was "sorry". He made no attempt to make my situation better. My contractors spent an entire day trying to mask the beveled edges of the tile with the cut edges of the tile so that no one would know the difference. If you use this company, buyer beware. Once they have the $ in hand, they don't care about you as a customer.
