Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland installed new floors in our entire downstairs, including the living room, dining room, foyer, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. We chose a luxury laminate that was a new product. The manufacturer advised that it could be installed over existing floors but we quickly found out that it didn't work well at all being installed over our existing wood floors. So, Sunshine had to come back out and rip up the three big rooms that were problem areas and re-install new laminate. It was a big problem, but they took care of everything. It was a lot of reordering, rescheduling, and reinstallation. I was very pleased with how Sunshine tackled the problem. They did a good job in spite of all the problems and were excellent at following up with us. Needless to say, the manufacturer has revised its installation directions. I am very pleased with the end result and would happily recommend Sunshine Interiors of Lakeland to others. I'd even use them again myself!
